Horror. I'm no good at horror, but I really liked the opening with Ark ghost stories. That was great.
The Ark arc (ha!) really got me with Octavia's grief. She was so raw in this episode when she was going through her and Lincoln's room, and the end with the funeral, them all saying Yu Gonple Set Odon. I'm glad Octavia got time to say goodbye.
Clarke and her guilt!!! She tried to do a somewhat merciful thing by letting Emerson live and not killing him because of guilt, and now she tries to sacrifice herself. And in the end I thought it was a clever use of the Commander AI to kill him with.
I'm really sad that Sinclair died, but I wasn't surprised. The focus of this show has always been on the young adults, and this got it back to that. I'm glad they split the group at the end - nine people is a lot to juggle in one place.
I'm glad Jasper is less of an idiot now. He didn't piss me off this episode.
But man, all of them have lost someone really close to them - Gina, Lexa, Maya, Lincoln, Finn, Hannah. They are all so fucked up.
I still hate Emerson. I'm kind of sorry not sorry he lost everyone he ever knew and loved, I understand where his character is coming from, but I'm really glad he died.
* Emori! No Emori!!! I love her and Murphy and hope that she gets saved because they are the best, but I was so bummed when I learned she was chipped.
